Discount for students
For Bachelor, Master and PhD students a special tariff applies, of half the full conference attendance cost, but full lodging cost. For this discount, choose "Registration Student Tariff" below. Proof of studentship required.
Short Course
For attendance at a Short Course, a fee of € 100 is charged, to be paid at the conference before joining the course.
Shuttle service
We offer a shuttle service between Schiphol Airport and the conference location at hotel Zuiderduin on the day of arrival and on the day of departure.
If you decide to make use of this service, please inform us on your flight schedule on time. For this service, a fee of €30 for a one-way trip is charged.
Accomodation
If you would prefer to make your own arrangements, it is possible to select a package with no hotel included. All participants that are planning to stay at Hotel Zuiderduin during the conference, are asked to select one of the packages. If you would like to share a double room with someone who will not attend the conference, separate arrangements can be made. In this case, please contact us.
Conditions
Full payment is required when registering.
No confirmation will be given until the payment is received.
Confirmation
No registration will be confirmed until the full registration fees have been paid.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).
For cancellations before 1 May 2010, deposits will be refunded less € 50 for administrative costs.
After this date, no refund will be possible. Cancellation will be confirmed by us in writing.
